What to include
- Your phone and its system version (for example iPhone 15, iOS 18.2, or Pixel 8, Android 15)
- The game version (Settings → About) and the level number
- What you expected and what happened; a screenshot or screen recording helps most
Purchases and restores
The first chapter is free. One purchase unlocks all 100 levels, through the App Store or Google Play. New phone or reinstalled? Tap Restore Purchases on the unlock screen or in Settings; the game checks with the store and unlocks everything again. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.
Tilt feels off
Hold your phone the way you like to play and recalibrate the tilt in Settings → Controls. Sensitivity, dead zone and smoothing are there too. Prefer your thumb? Switch to touch steering in the same place.
Progress, Game Center and Google Play Games
Your progress is kept on your phone. On iPhone it is also kept in your own iCloud if iCloud is on for Gyrolith; on Android, in your Play Games saved game when you are signed in to Google Play Games. Game Center (iPhone) and Google Play Games (Android) are optional and run the leaderboards and achievements; the game works fully without them.
